Custom Toggle for Large Cruising Yacht
This custom hardware made for a large local cruiser was cut from Aquamet 22, “a high-alloy austenitic stainless steel that provides superior corrosion resistance along with excellent toughness and high strength,” (from Aquamet.com). It turned out beautifully!
Spinnaker Pole End Fitting
This project was to create a redesigned bow sprite end fitting for the asymmetrical spinnaker on a Seawind Catamaran spinnaker pole. The replacement was milled from aluminum stock.
Penetrator Adapter
This penetrator adapter was manufactured for a Scorpio unmanned submarine. This part was done to military specifications (MilSpec).
Soft Padeyes
These custom aluminum soft padeyes are made from 6061 Aluminum with a hard black anodized with a Teflon coating surface treatment to make them resistant to corrosion .
